To subscribe, customers must provide the following information : name, first name, address, e-mail contact, school name (for any subscription taken out by a school). Subscription confirmation will be e-mailed to the customer prior to validating the order.

Customers must provide the following information for any CD-ROM purchase : name, first name, delivery address, e-mail contact if relevant.

Prices / Payment

CD-ROM delivery costs are free of charge. The eduMedia Company maintains the right to modify the price of any product shown on its site at any time and without notice. CD-ROM Delivery

CD-ROM delivery is by regular post within 2 weeks following payment in France, 3 weeks abroad. CD-ROMs will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

Subscriptions : Opening an account

For customers paying by bank card, subscriber access to the site is granted as soon as payment is validated. For other forms of payment, the subscription will begin as soon as our accounting department has received payment. Once the account has been opened, a personal access code to the www.edumedia-sciences.com site will immediately be e-mailed to the customer.

Purchase Order Cancellation Terms
