School License

A School license is granted to an educational institution upon purchase of an annual or multiyear subscription. All teachers and students belonging to the subscribing institution can:

• Access all contents available on www.edumedia-sciences.com, either from school or from home, to view:
  • simulations in their full version
  • student sheets
• Download interactive simulations (identified by the pictogram )
• View the full-screen version of the simulations and videos on www.edumedia-sciences.com
• Enjoy updates and release of new simulations during subscription period

Simulations are personalized with the name of the subscribing school.

Each downloaded simulations will only work during subscription period. Videos cannot be downloaded: they can only be viewed on www.edumedia-sciences.com .

Authorized pedagogical uses:

• Printing and reproduction of student sheets
• Video projection
• Integration of simulations into teaching materials: PowerPoint ® presentation, webpage, LMS or portal (as long as access to these web environments is controlled and protected)

These uses are authorized in a pedagogical, non-commercial context. They are strictly limited to staff and students belonging to the institution that purchased the subscription. Downloaded simulations cannot be integrated to any commercial educational product. Only the subscribing institutions are entitled to benefit from the advantages granted by this license; it is exclusive and non-transferable.

Library License

A Library license is granted to a library or media center upon purchase of an annual subscription. All staff and users/members can:

• Access all contents available on www.edumedia-sciences.com on library’s computers to view:
  • simulations in their full version
  • student sheets
• Enjoy updates and release of new simulations during subscription period
• Freely access eduMedia resources on all library computers without access limitation

These uses are strictly limited to staff and members/users of the subscribing library. Only the subscribing libraries or media centers are entitled to benefit from the advantages granted by this license; it is exclusive and non-transferable. The above list of authorized pedagogical uses is exhaustive. Note that full-screen view and download of the simulation is not authorized.

Home License

A Home license is granted to an individual (student, parent, family) upon purchase of a monthly or multimonth subscription. It is limited to a personal use. Users can:

• Access all contents available on www.edumedia-sciences.com to view:
  • simulations in their full version
  • student sheets
• Enjoy updates and release of new simulations during subscription period

A login name and password will be sent to you by email upon subscription.

These uses are strictly limited to the subscribed individual. Only the subscribing individuals are entitled to benefit from the advantages granted by this license; it is exclusive and non-transferable. The above list of authorized pedagogical uses is exhaustive. Note that full-screen view and download of the simulation is not authorized.

On-demand download license

An On-demand license is granted to individuals for a 12-month subscription period and allows subscribers to download a limited selection of simulations. Once downloaded, simulations can be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Authorized pedagogical uses:

• Video projection.
• Integration of simulations into teaching materials: PowerPoint ® presentation or webpage (as long as access to the web page is controlled and protected).

The uses are authorized during 12 months following the subscription date. Downloaded simulations will only work during subscription period.

The above mentioned uses are strictly limited to the subscriber (individual). Downloaded simulations cannot be integrated to any commercial product.
